Brian was a HUGE help during our recent relocation to Renton/Seattle area.  I chose him specifically based upon the reviews here on Yelp, and from the photographs of the folks he worked with holding up their "SOLD" signs in his Yelp gallery. Our experience with him cannot be understated. He was professional, sensitive to our needs, on time, and worked with my old father with respect, patience and unparalleled care. We were searching for a multi generational home in the Renton/Seattle area and Brian helped us sort through all of the inventory based upon our specific needs. From the moment I first contacted him,  He sent us home listings via email, and once we chose a property and placed an offer, he was working with us every step of the way. Brian even communicated with us while he was away with family (thank you so much Brian) during some critical moments of our home purchase. He fielded several curve balls with ease during our transaction. From our planned vacation to Hawaii during escrow, my father's electronic Docu-Sign challenges, and a last minute escrow addendum, he raced with us to the finish line without missing a step. We were first time home buyers and did not know much about the process. Brian was very knowledgeable, patient, and helped us navigate the complexities of real estate. Brian helped us find our first home in a reputable neighborhood, with top rated schools. Houses and interest rates were soaring at the time and Brian carefully negotiated with the sellers to reduce the market price of the house by almost 30k! We also closed on the deal very quickly even though we had a VA loan. Those savings really helped us as we had to move unexpectedly in a year and it helped us cover the sellers costs, we also did some remodeling, and sold it for 80k more than the price we bought it for.
